Instead of using this reasoning, try something different this year and focus on healthy habits rather than restricting yourself to misery.

Some easy and healthy habits to start today 👇🏽 👇🏽

1. 💧Double your daily water intake
2. 🚶‍♀️ 🚶🏻‍♂️ Go walking with friends as a way of catching up
3. 🥦🌽🥕🍆 Add more veggies to your meals - aim for 5 serves per day
4. 🍓🍉🍑 swap one processed snack for a piece of fruit daily
.
Seeing as it’s the new year and resolutions are rife, rather than making restrictive resolutions or goals for the year, try adding value to your life rather than putting restrictions on yourself!
