This low FODMAP granola is so tasty 🤤 

Recipe (makes 16 serves): 
2 cups walnuts 
1/2 cup pecans 
3 tbsp chia seeds 
3/4 cup sunflower seeds 🌻
1/2 cup desiccated coconut 🥥 
1/4 cup olive oil 
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon 🥄 

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius 
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and lay on a lined baking tray
Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container
