Disordered Eating

Margaret Hays, has experience working with teenagers and their parents as well as adults with disordered eating. She works with the  GP and Psychologist to support positive changes that encourage an improved relationship with food.

If you or your loved one has disordered eating it’s important to seek help as early as possible, as this can have serious physical and psychological consequences.

Disordered eating can be caused by a range of factors, including social pressures, anxiety,  psychological issues and genetics.

Margaret, as part of a team of health professionals can educate about disordered eating  and teach techniques to help the individual change their unhealthy eating patterns and the dysfunctional beliefs that maintain the disordered eating.
